The Farmhouse Tenuta Santa Maria is located in Abruzzo region near the green hills of the Adriatic coast, close to the village of Notaresco in province of Teramo.

In panoramic position, among olive groves and fruit trees, you can see the same colors of the sea (the beach is only 7km far from the location) and those of the surrounding countryside. The quiet of the place and reception family make Tenuta Santa Maria an ideal place to spend a holiday or even just a relaxing and enjoyable weekend.

The farm offers accommodation in Residence with apartments equipped with 2 to or 4 beds

 

Reservations can be made by phone or e-mail. Booking Is confirmed by sending a cautional deposit of 50% of the total amount by bank transfer.

 

The deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is not given at least 30 days notice. On arrival the balance is solid and you pay the deposit of € 100.00 for any breakage or damage, which will be refunded upon departure.
